A gift voucher is valid for 36 months from date of purchase.
The gift voucher is only valid once and loses its validity after the order has been completed.
The voucher is to be used before the order process is completed by entering the voucher code in the field "Enter voucher code" on www.rau-cosmetics.de.
Subsequent crediting, cash payouts or partial redemption are not possible.
In the event of a return, the value will be offset as a credit and can be used again for the next order. A cash payment is not possible here either.
