Step-by-Step Guide to Facial Lymphatic Drainage:
- 1) Use circular motions with your fingers on your temples.
- 2) Massage the sides of your face using your palms and fingertips.
- 3) Start at your chin and move upwards toward your forehead.
- 4) Press upward under your cheekbones using your index and middle fingers, moving toward your eyes.
- 5) Begin at the center of your face and move toward the temples.
- 6) Use the sides of your pinky fingers to apply downward pressure along your neck, moving from top to bottom.
- 7) Enhance the effect by using your knuckles to press and glide from your nose across your cheeks toward your ears.

Anwendung
