Here Are My 3 Favorite Recipes:
Little Red Power Shot
- 1/2 cooked beetroot
- 1 banana
- 1 sweet apple
- 1 orange
- 100 g raspberries (frozen works too)
- 100 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
Place beetroot, apple, banana, and raspberries in a blender and blend well. Squeeze the orange and add the juice along with the yogurt. Blend again and enjoy!
Oh My Sweet Little Vitamin
- 4 bananas
- 1/2 honeydew melon
- 1 nectarine
- 4 tbsp almond butter
- 250 ml almond milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Blend the fruits, almond butter, almond milk, and cinnamon until smooth. Then enjoy this creamy treat!
Recharge
- 1 mango
- 1/2 pineapple
- 2 oranges
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 1 small carrot
Cut the mango and pineapple into chunks. Squeeze the oranges for juice. Peel and finely chop the ginger. Slice the carrot. Blend all ingredients together until smooth for a refreshing and energizing smoothie!
